And the 40-year-old former Baywatch star showed them off as she practiced routines with her choreographer Mikey Minden over the weekend.
The buxom TV star displayed her trim tummy in the process as she prowled around the studio in a midriff-baring tracksuit.
It appears that Carmen was practising choreography for her new music.
The blonde star recently released a new single titled I Like It Loud at the end of last month.
Joined by several back-up dancers, Carmen gave it her all as she danced and sang along with a microphone.
While she was dressed casually for the rehearsal, her hair and make-up however was preened within an inch of it's life.
The sexy star had her flaxen tresses out in a wavy, voluminous style and had a full face of make-up.
And Carmen was certainly harking back to her Pussycat Dolls days with her dance moves, posing and stretching provocatively to the music.
As well as releasing her new single last month, Carmen earlier this year was a guest judge on Britain's Got Talent.
Recently the former Playboy model hinted that she and BGT judge Simon Cowell were more than just co-stars on the show.
The pair first sparked rumours of a fling when they appeared together on the programme in February.
Feisty Carmen then dished on the situation when she recently appeared on Access Hollywood.
Hosts Billy Bush and Kit Hoover grilled the Baywatch beauty, who admitted she was ‘single’ and that she and Simon are ‘friends’.
But when asked if they had shared any ‘lip to lip’ action, a coy Carmen replied: ‘Maybe.’
She was then asked if the pair had indulged in any ‘horizontal’ time.
Once again, she answered with a simple ‘maybe’, as well as a telling girlish giggle.
But Carmen was far more open when chatting about how fond she is of Simon.
She revealed: ‘He’s so cute. He’s adorable, he’s actually a sweetheart. I really like him, I think he’s very cool.’
Carmen added: ‘We started to hang out, we’ve become friends, I think he’s a great guy.’
When asked at the time why he chose Carmen to be a guest judge on Britain’s Got Talent, Simon quipped: 'She has the best set of... teeth I have ever seen.
